Displaying incoming call city

Hello,

I am using Tashibo - TS910i (China make)with this i am getting a problem with incoming call, with the incoming call number a coming call city names appears that could not be understandable. Please tell me how can i remove it.

Hi there,

restore the mobile to factory setting

go to tools menu of mobile phone and press on reset
