My bsnl broadband not connecting

Hello,
hi dis s gopi,iam using bsnl type 4 modem and my plan is 1350 unlimited, guys iam unabel to connect net through my modem iam getting the error msg (phone line is busy). please guys help me, is there any problem with the modem. even though i configured the dsl router by entering 192.168.1.1 and doing all the process iam unabel to connect the net.please help my anybody

Configuration: WIN XP SP2,GOOGLE CHROME

Hi there,

if the line is also connected to a phone

then check if the receiver is well hanged

and having dial tone if not then there is a problem with the

line and you should contact your isp
