Monitor working Fine But no image

Computer switched on but no display Computer turns on but nothing on monitor Dvd d drive i have sound but no dvd Find does not work in outlook Games work on vista but not xp Hard drive works in another computer but not another How do cpu monitors work I can ping a pc but not see it in my network places I can ping but not get internet explorer to work I plugged in the speackers in my pc but no sound I the next work connection if find but can't access internet Internet connection in safe mode but not in normal mode Laptop to tv, but no video but sound works Monitor light on but no signal Network receive ping but not ping No image on second monitor -ubuntu windows Pc booting fine but no monitor picture Pc turns on but no video on monitor Realtek driver installed but not started Usb external hard disk recognized in windows but no properties Windows service is started but not showing started

Hello,
Okay installed new motherboard, CPU and RAM. All connections were made properly, steps followed in order, CMOS jumper reset, but no image on monitor. Computer starts up, power supply fan works, CPU fan works, Attatched side panel fan works. Lights light up, Drive sounds as if working, Boot sounds to start working (no 'beep' though).... but NO image. Monitor says it's working fine, check connection. Well Connection is fine. What gives? Can't check BIOs if I can't get an image. Is there any one out there who can help??? My brain is

if your cpu is working and fan working also this problem might be your monitor

Hello, Wondering if you fixed your problem as I am having the same issue. The build worked fine up until yesterday. I booted and all of the peripherals seem to have stopped working. I tried to install a VGA card I had, but that didn't even work. I tried jumper reset aswell, nothing.

Its a Micro ATX AM2 with Athlon 64 x2.

Any advice would be greatfully recieved.
