Hello,i start my pc and in black screen "error loading operating system"i can'y do nothing for example to format nothing :error loading operating system" please any one to help me to solve this problem please?

Hello

To me it sounds like you need to reload your Windows operating system. You will need your Windows Recovery Disk. You can follow instructions on how to reload and restore your OS here: http://www.oemsoftwaresource.com/windowsreinstallinfo.htm
