Downloading songs from another account

HI,
I got and ipod last christmas and i had all of my songs on my moms computer, but recently she got an ipod and started an itunes account on the same computer so it deleted my account. I was told that i couldnt download songs to my ipod anymore because if i sync it with my moms itunes it will delete her music. So if i try to download music to my ipod is it going to delete her songs? Somebody please email me, i need help dcbreland_622@yahoo.com
