Blue screen pci bus driver

Hello,
when i turn my computer on it asks if want to run windows normally or safemode either way i always get a blue screen that tells me there is an internal problem with the pci bus driver whatever that means and it doesnt do anything. is this fixible? if so how do i fix it?

p.s. it runs or use to run on windows xp if it helps.

Configuration: Windows xp Internet Explorer 7.0
