Will these specs run Sims 3?

Hello,
was just wondering if these specs on my laptop would run Sims 3, and would there be any lag issues and such...?
I didn't buy it yet, so I might as well know now. Thanks in advance!! :)

HP G60 Notebook PC

Yes but do you think that my graphic card would still be compatible? In the link you sent me, it says that my graphic card only works for Mac. But do you think it can still run with Vista?
