Aircel GPRS Setting

Hello,
Please Provide me the aircel gprs manual setting . I Have Nokia 2600 classic model.
My Phone is able to connect to GPRS but when I am trying to connect phone with PC via Bluetooth , One Type of message with code 777 is shows to me.

Configuration: Windows 2003
Internet Explorer 6.0
