To start up my laptop like the day when new

Hello,
please could you tell me if and how i can start my laptop as it was when brand new i have tried restore but it wont let me saying it as error

Configuration: Windows Vista
Safari 532.0

Dear Sir,

You will have to recover your laptop to factory settings,

Just use the recovery disc.. or you can recover windows using the recovery partition

Please press F10 to go to recovery options when your computer starts
