CS Portable Memory Could not be written

Hello,
I couldnt use the portable cs in my school computers, when i try to double click n run the game, i get an error message like this

cstrike.exe - Application Error
---------------------------------

The instruction at "0x01e662d9" referenced memory at "0x01e662d9". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program (nothing happning even if i click cancel :P)

please someone tel me wot to do...i dont have administrator permission also!
is there anyway to overcom this problem? or if i have to download a diffrent portable cs...give me the link
