Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 3500 when I turn it on I hear it booting even here the Windows music, but my screen is black I can't see anything. I can fix this I have fixed pc problems before but I have never experienced this problem so am unsure what to do if someone could tell me step by step (PC for Dummies style lol) if it can be fixed I am sure I can do it I didn't pay anything for it it was given to me and I have had it a couple months and it did work when I first got it but I haven't used it since I moved 2 months ago I thought maybe it needed to be charged so I left it plugged all day but still nothing can someone please help me? I keep reading in other problems that sound the same to go into BIOS (is that F8? or F2?) but how can I change the setting if I can't see anythin on the screen?
