Hi after a restore to an earlier time on my laptop ,i could not get past the blue startup screen although i now have but i since have lost inteernet connection ,microsoft word and other apps all seem to be there but will not open .For example when i click on internet icon on desktop it flashes up up for a split second then goes can anyone help
