Hello,
I set up another hotmail account last night but when trying to access it this morning it keeps saying I have entered an incorrect password.

My passwords are all similar and I have tried every combination.

I followed to relevant instructions in order to reset my password and to send this information to the 'alternative address' but it has not come through.

Information has already been sent to the new account which I am unable to get hold off and I am getting very frustrated with the lack of support or help I get directly from the website.

Please someone, help me?!
