Need help downloading raw files!

When I first got my D60, I was unable to download my RAW files, but after I installed Adobe CS3, I was. I haven't had any problems until this weekend, when I was trying to transfer about 400 RAW files onto my computer. The same thing is happening as it did before, when I didn't have CS3, but now I don't know how to fix it. When I change the RAW files on my camera to JPEG, they transfer, but I don't have hours and hours to sit and convert them all on my camera! I have wedding pictures I have to edit!
