Local disk d &e not opening

Hello,
When i open MY COMPUTER it shows 3 hard disk drives-Local disk C,D&E. But D & E are not opening.
It shows the message- "The disk in drive D is not formatted. Do you want to format it now."
The same message shows with E drive. C drive is working properly. Pls help to solve this problem.
when i clicked yes it says the disk in drive E cannot be fomatted same with drive D plz help me fast.........

I've had the same problem in the past try to do the quick format that has helped me before...Let me know if this helps..
