Hello,
my notebook wont make my start bar or progam icons will not appear on the screen if you know how to fix this problem please let me know instantly

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

Please explain clearer the problem that you are facing.

Is it that there are icons appearing on your desktop.
