Cant use arrows to move anymore

Hello,
I used to be able to use my arrow keys to move from cell to cell. now it moves the entire spreadsheet page left right or up and down. I made sure my scroll lock key is on but it didnt make any difference. please help

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Some suggestions
Your scroll lock key should be in OFF position for the arrow key to move from one cell to another
If still the problem exists, then open the computer in safe mode and try again to check for any viruses or third party programs changing your keyboard settings
