Sims 3 not loading

Hello,
i have just purchased the sims 3 online and downloaded it.
i have installed it and it works fine until it starts loading the neighbourhood, it gets about 15% loaded and then the whole game shuts off. my computer does not crash or go black nothing like that the game just shuts off.
my laptop fits all requirments.
it is a high grade laptop, vista.
can anyone help?

does your pc meet the requirements?

its getting to hot you will have to use a cooler

pad for notebook

I did a test onlne and it said i have passed all requirements
i do only have a Sis 3 graphics card which isnt the best for gameing however still fits requirements
i dont no anything when it comes to purchasing a new graphics card such as how to fit them where to get them or even if they would be compatible for my laptop
