You can install and use your webcam wihout the software but you will absolutely need the driver.
Wihout the driver you computer will not be able to detect your camera.
Once you have install the driver you can use some applications like Msn- skype -movie maker to use your webcam.

Rico, on Friday October 3, 2008 01:03:06 PM okay I have a Phillips webcam serial # SPC110NC and it didnt come with a disc and i installed it properly but everytime I try to use my webcam it doesnt work so pease help me figure this out. Just let me know what i have to do step by step. I would appreciate it if you could be expediant about this also I have some friends in Iraq i am trying to talk too okay thank you. |
