Transferring photos from iphone

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me. I have my iphone syncing with my desktop, but I have all my photos stored (from digital camera) stored on my laptop. I have taken some photos on my iphone and would like to transfer them to the laptop, however, when I connect it to the laptop it doesn't even recognise its there.

Please access to an iPod Photo Transfer which will allow you to do the necessary transfer.

This will solve your problem.
