How to connect windows xp to network server

Hello,

I have some problem with this windows xp(home edition)
I am an intern for this company.
the company's domain is ~~~~.com
and there is no windows pc in the company. but they want to have windows pc to test their file
so, I set up this computer and I connected cable to the internet so internet works
but I don't know how to connect this computer to company's domain and server
built in ethernet 1 and 2 is showed in MAC
there is also printer server I just want to connect that server and use printer
please help me
