Sound Drivers of hcl p 38 laptop

Sir
I buy a laptop of HCL Laptop p38 MTV Adition, the dirver DVD was give with that was content dirvers
supported windows vista only. When I install windows XP OS, drivers was not sopported by windows
XP. So please suggest me how I find drivers.
