Fail to send photos from cell phone to a PC

Hello,
Just purchased a blue tooth adapter yesterday, and finally got the cell phone paired with my laptop PC. However, I have problems with transfering photos from my cell phone to my PC. Every time I pressed the button to send the selected photos, the cell has the message of sending failed. Why is that? I have a Samsung SGH-T619 cell photo, and a Toshiba laptop

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
