External HardDrive Keeps Freezing Please Help

Hello,

When I plug my WD External Hard Drive Into My Computer, The Computer Recognizes It.

I Give It A Few Seconds To Load, When I Go To Start, My Computer, and Double Click The External

Hard Drive Which Is F: It Does Not Open, And Keeps Freezing My Whole Computer Up.

Please, Any Help, I Have Alot Of Information On This That I Need.

It Was Working Fine Before, I Do Not Know What Happen.

Dear Ram,

It might be resulting from low

RAM Memory. Please upgrade it and

see whether it works properly.
