Hotmail account hacked??

Hello,
since a week now i cannot access my inbox or connect to my hotmail account. Keeps telling me wrong password. Have tried to reset the password, nothing is working:-(

Hi there,

if you cannot change the password then

yes its surely been hacked

you will have to create a new account and change your password more frequently

so as not to have this issue again
