Hi,

I think i have a problem with my phone:
The details are as follows it's a black berry 8310 but when i remove the battery there is a sticker with the following text black barry 8310. So i don't know if it's blackberry or black barry. The type is RM - 346 and the IMEI is 357600010019848.

Now the problem is i bought it and i don't know the Phone lock code and i cannot access anything in this phone. Now i would like to know if i can get the phone code or any assistance that might help me.

I read your thread and thought i should reply just as you indicated.
Any assistance offered will be highly appreciated.
Please help me out.

Hi there. I live in South Africa and I bought a Blackberry 8310 type RM-346 in Mozambique. My network provider is Vodacom. They say I can't access the web as they don't have this model's settings. What can I do? Throw away the phone? Please help. Thanks

Hi;

I just came to realize it is a china phone. In the place am living, nobody can get the phone's software. By the way, i bought it from a friend who is living in a different town. I don't know the providers, as you asked.

Can i be able to get any assiatance.
