My pc suite cnt eastablish internet connectio

Hello,
Out there.... Am facing a tactic problem on connecting ma nokia 3230 phone to the internet to ma computer. How ever i've installed ma nokia pc suite and ma phone gets detected ok but when ever i try connect to the internet i get an error message says "One touch access failed to connect the device". Or sometimes if it does the connection then ma internet xplore cnt access internet though that internet connection icon on the taskbar blinks showing am connected but cnt access the internet. What could be the problems????

to get connected you need to have

activated internet/gprs on your mobile phone

contact your network provider for the setting
