DOWNLOAD HAS DROPPED FROM 250 KBYTES/SECOND TO 45 KBYTES.
BANDWIDTH IS REAL PROBLEM WHAT TO DO.
ALREADY TWEAKED QoS.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.13
