How can i change the blue color for smss.exe

Hello,
i want to have ability to change the blue color in file smss.exe -(setup screen)- that appear when i install my win xp

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3

Dear Sir,

It is possible and you could change the data in SMSS.exe in system folder 32. You should edit

the ResHacker.
