SanDisk memory stick 256 MB-not opening up

Hello,
My memory stick SanDisk 256 MB (cruzer micro) is not reading in my computer? My computer is not reconizing anything?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hi there,

go to device manager

and update your chipset driver

and if its not detected in other pc then

you will have to purchase a new one
