Hello, whenever i turn my computer on, the fans all rev up, but the is no beep or boot screen. The monitor doesn't even look like it is getting a signal. Then, after about five seconds, the computer turns off for another five seconds and then back on for five seconds. It continues this pattern until the computer is turned off manually.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0
