I can't sign in to window live messenger 2009

Hello everyone,

I need the help as i am unable to sign into window live since i installed the new version 2009.

An error message wrote: Signing into window live messenger failed becoz the service is temparily not availble. Please try later.

After that the error code: 80040154

Please let me know the way if you resolved the smae problem
