Hello,
I keep getting a popup My Computer Online Scan Windows Internet Explorer that keeps popping up. I have run McAfee, Spy-bot search, Lava-soft Ad-ware and it continues to popup. Is this a virus or what? I looked for program in control panel of programs and cant find it, then I get a web address http://guiany.info/?uid.13300-my computer scan windows internet explorer. I have to use Task Manager to end program to get it off my screen.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Try Malwarebytes and Hijackthis mate. Sounds like the kind of thing that should be easily sorted out by the awesome combination of these programs.
