Hello, my problem is for some reason live accepted an email adress that doesnt exist this happened like 3 years ago and now i really need to change it to my email. and if there was a password i wouldnt know it. i have i asked microsoft for help many times and they always give me a forgot your password link nd i always tell them account doesnt exist would buying one month and telling them that code or putting a credit card on there help?
Brewer I now have a Similar problem. I created an xbox live account but forgot to put 82 on the end of my email name but it accepted it at the time and my password but yesterday when I tried to enter a new 12 month subscription to xbox live it wouldn't accept my password as I obviously have someone elses email ID. Now I cant change my email address on my account as I need the password for the other persons email so I'm stuck in limbo. Please let me know if you found a way around this with yours as I dont want to lose my gamertag or my gamerscore I'v built up over the past year |
