Hello,

my pen drive reports unknown and no drivers are installed for this device
what should i do.

Hi there,

here are some steps just follow them

to get your usb device function:

press start+r type compmgmt.msc and press ok

now click Disk Management

on disk management you will see the usb device

right click on it and change the drive letter

to a letter not yet assigned to any drive by windows

press ok and remove the device

next plug in of the device it will be detected
