Flashing green light on power supply

Hello,

My Acer laptop power supply light is flashing and it wont power up. Battery does not charge. Several people I talked to have had the same problem. Do I need to replace the motherboard.

if the power supply is blinking

than change it with a new one

or take someone else charger and make a test
