Pen drive pbm

Hello,
Hi i am dinesh.. i am having sandisk 2gb pen drive.. when i am inserting into to my pc it shows looping continuosly. After i check the properties of the pendrive it shows 0bytes. I am not able to format it too..Pls give me a fine solution...

Configuration: Windows XP
Safari 532.0

did you try hp disk format tool?
