I got a red LG Xenon a few months ago. I want to get the pictures off my phone and I want to put music on. So I bought a cord, right fit and all. But when I plug it into the computer all that comes up on my computer is: "Select Program to Launch for action" but there is nothing to select. What comes up on my phone is : "Unable to use license, try again after formating memory card". Please help me!! I am so lost.
