EXCEL help.......Please
1. Column "a" list of approx 2,000 part numbers (letters and numbers)
2. Column "b" is a master list of 84K part numbers with a description in column "c"
3. I want to match column "a" with column "b" giving me the description column "c" for 2,000 part numbers in "a"
4. Thus discarding 82K
Tried conditional formating, identifying duplicates by fill color and then attempted to sort color to top and froze up several times. To much Data?
Is there such a thing as "snap to" column "a" remain constant & column "b" have same matching number as "a" with description "c" next to it?
What is the best and easiest way to accomplish this.
