Dear Asha,

Sorry but your MSN account seemed to have been hacked and hence you won't have access to your MSN account

unless you get to know the new password that has been set. I will kindly advise you to contact the MSN Support

Team and explain them the problem that you are facing. They will then indicate you the normal procedures that

should be undertaken when you have your account hacked.
