Bluetooth device not working

Hello,

I have a dell 1545 and my bluetooth device is not working ? i have install and dis-install the driver but still nothin... please help me

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3

Dear Sir,

Since you have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it is a clear indication that it is a hardware problem.

I will hence advise you to get your laptop to a Computer Technician who will solve your problem.
