MSN Messenger 2009 not signing in!

Hello,
I recently installed messenger '09 on to laptop running Windows XP Home Edition. When i go to sign in it says "Could not sign you in at the moment the server is temporarily unavailable please try again later" i know this isnt true because i can sign in on other computers!

HELP ME PLEEZ!

HI,
I think your Messenger's Installation is Corrupted or Your internet connection on your PC is not working with the same speed, any way try to check again.
