WLN drivers - Sony vaio NR32m/s

Hello,
I tried to change my operating system and did partition of hard drive win-vista premium.(sony vaio NR32m/s) But after doing this my wireless network is not working and it says the driver is missing. I can not access my internet now. Can any any 1 suggest me what shall i do now.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.7
