Hello,

On your site I see there are quite a few people, like myself, unable to access email on yahoo however I am not able to see any answers/solutions.
My own engineer has finally established that my problem is due to a restrictive practice with Talk Talk. My phone line, calls and broadband are with them and any other email site is blocked.

Is there any way round this, could you advise please. At work in my lunch hour I am able to access my account, hence the email.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Dear Glen,

From what you have stated, your account should have been deactivated.

It hence means that you will hence have the mail id available if you create another one.

Try it to confirm.

Yet if you are unable to do it, contact the support team in order for them to reactivate it.
