Cant open d and e drive

Hello,
i cant able to open e and f drive.when i double click it doesnt open.it says u have to format when i click format it says u cannot format..other than e and f i can open all the drive.
please tell me

Firefox 3.0.11

Dear Amoi,

This problem might be generated by a worm.

You will easily get access to it if you explore the disk.

You will hence have access to the drives.

I had already done...i tried explore and open...watever i do it says u should format when i click format it says u cannot format

You can still open your task manager and try to find the process of the worm and then end process then delete from your system 32
