Help me remove Home Personal Antivirus

Hello,

Another fake Home Personal Antivirus infected my computer after I clicked on a YM message by a friend. According to my search, this was installed with a Trojan. What antivirus program that can remove both the fake program and a Trojan in one shot? Hope you can help. Thanks
