Not Starting Properly...

Hello,
My computer was working just fine while I was online not to long ago, then all of a sudden the taskbar quit working and my desktop was blank except for my background. I shut the computer off, and now it will go through the normal process but right before it gets to the user names and blue screen appears and the computer restarts itself. (It doesn't shut down, it just goes back to the main screen.)
