External HD 320 G not working

Hello,

My 320g external Hard drive stopped reading. When I plug it into any USB the green light on the device blinks or fades out. I have tried to get it to read on 3 different computers. Can this device be repaired? Please advise. I paid too much money for it to crash on me. Thanks.

change the drive casing

this should solve this issue and even the usb cable
