Xbuntu - Install Beryl/Compiz - Emerald theme

Hello,
i am trying to figure out how i can install Beryl/Compiz and Emerald theme manager (on xbuntu), if anyone could tell me in a step by step guide it would be greatly appreciated.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 2.0.0.16

Have you tried the easy way ?

aptitude install compiz-kde compizconfig-settings-manager  librsvg2-common libcompizconfig-backend-kconfig

Go to the terminal and type
"sudo apt-get install emerald" without quotes
then
system>preferences>emerald theme manager

download the beryl themes and simply drag and drop
