How to delete torjon virus, open hidden files

Hello,


Hi my dear friends, I have a problem with pop up option in internet explore, when I was open a new site or flash player, it always ask the same question, I was tried to solve the problem with downloading the flash player, it is not downloading and virus alert is showing is flash player is already in temp internet explore folder, it says flash player is effected with torjon virus, how to remove that virus, it is corrupting my office excel template and files. Please help me out currently I am using e-scan anti virus, please refer me the right software to install.

Well, your scanner should say "remove" virus/trojan/malware when you scan your computer. If your scanner can't remove it, then you should post what type of virus it is for further help.

Dear Starsonedge,

what is the main problem is while i'm unable to download the activex controls, and flash players. if i;m updating the flash player it says unable to run the flash player.

Sir i have also that type of problem. when i go to the tools, folder option, view, show hidden files folders then firstly it works but after clicking apply then it remains same that is the point goes to the " do not show the hidden files and folders". will u help me sir that how could i get free from that virus?????? pls sir help me----------
